pk234 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account and Bets

Welcome to pk234. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you, the registered user ("you", "player", "account holder"), and pk234 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on pk234, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the pk234 platform. These Terms apply to all products and services available on pk234, including sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, roulette, virtual sports and any other features that may be added in the future.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for Pakistani players. In the event of any ambiguity, pk234's interpretation of a clause is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

To register and use a pk234 account you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk234 is strictly an adult platform. If it is later discovered that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned where possible after verification.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming are not explicitly prohibited for your specific circumstances. Compliance with your local laws is your personal responsibility.
• You must register using your own real name, date of birth, mobile number and other requested details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are not permitted to register more than one account at pk234. If we detect duplicate accounts, all associated bonus funds will be cancelled, winnings from bonus funds will be voided and the duplicate account will be closed.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from pk234 under our responsible gaming policy.

Verification Requirements

pk234 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This typically occurs before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, Passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk234 account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. pk234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.

Any activity that takes place on your pk234 account using your correct login credentials is considered to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether a third party had access to your device or credentials. pk234 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access where that access resulted from your failure to secure your login information.

• Do not share your pk234 password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Do not use the same password for pk234 that you use for other online accounts, particularly email and banking.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact pk234 support immediately so the account can be secured.
• pk234 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All financial transactions on pk234 — both deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk234 does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your pk234 balance, minus any fees imposed by the payment provider on their end, which pk234 has no control over.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit at pk234 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. These are displayed within your account settings at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at pk234 may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your pk234 account. Third-party withdrawals — sending your winnings to another person's Easypaisa or bank account — are not permitted under any circumstances. pk234 charges zero fees on withdrawals. Any charges you see are applied by the payment provider, not by pk234.

The following rules apply to all sports bets, PSL bets and other wagering activity placed through pk234.

Bet Confirmation and Finality

A bet is considered placed and final once you have confirmed it through the pk234 betslip and received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. Accidental bets, incorrect stakes or selections made in error are not eligible for refund. The cash-out feature, where available, allows you to settle a bet before the event ends — this is the only mechanism for exiting a confirmed bet early.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts

The minimum bet on any single market at pk234 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport and event significance. The maximum stake applicable to a specific market is displayed in the betslip at the time you enter your stake. pk234 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time, including after a bet has been offered.

Match Postponement, Abandonment and Void Bets

• If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, bets typically remain valid for the rescheduled time.
• If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours or abandoned before the minimum required play (half-time in football, completion of the required overs in cricket), bets are voided and stakes returned to your pk234 balance.
• In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at the recalculated combined odds.
• pk234's decision on match result, void bets and settlement is final once the settlement period has closed.

Obvious Errors in Odds

If pk234 publishes odds that are clearly in error — significantly outside the normal expected range for a market — pk234 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and settle at the correct odds or refund stakes. This applies to pricing errors caused by technical faults or data feed issues. Intentionally exploiting obviously erroneous odds is considered prohibited conduct under Section 9.

pk234 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general rules in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players at pk234 are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount and eligible deposit range are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements

All pk234 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. As a general rule, only bets with minimum odds of 1.70 per selection contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Bets below the minimum odds contribute 0%. Casino games, virtual sports and other products may have different wagering contribution rates, stated in the specific bonus terms.

Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date they were credited, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk234. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct faces account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account at pk234 for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without manual human input.
• Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, technical faults or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed exclusively to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine entertainment wagering.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any team-based activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house.
• Using the pk234 platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under Pakistani law.
• Accessing pk234 on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or verification requirements on pk234.

You may close your pk234 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

pk234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide verification documents when requested within the stated timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or account compromise.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is closed by pk234 for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real money deposits that have not been wagered in breach of these Terms will generally be returned after investigation, at pk234's discretion.

pk234 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability and accurate data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or inaccuracies at all times. By using pk234, you acknowledge the following limitations on our liability:

• pk234 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end that result in a bet being placed incorrectly or a live cash-out being missed.
• pk234 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to read the specific market rules or event terms before placing a bet.
• In the event of a genuine technical fault that affects bet placement or settlement, pk234's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake. pk234 is not liable for consequential losses, including expected profits from bets that could not be placed due to a technical issue.
• All bet settlement decisions are made by pk234's trading team based on official data sources. Where a result is unclear or under review, settlement may be delayed until official confirmation is received. pk234's settlement decision is final once communicated.

pk234 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notification displayed when they next log in. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top.

Continued use of pk234 after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real money balance.
